Description

We are looking for a new team member who will perform professional tasks, provide analytical support, and help in evaluating results. Supports the execution of foreign trade activities along the targets determined by the business manager of the related area. Provide operative, administrative support to sales management. Preparation of Subsidiary Transfers and Contracts. Maintain Partner relations.

 

What do we expect?

  • Knowledge of English at negotiable level and Slovak at native level
  • Advanced level of MS Office,
  • User knowledge of SAP, CRM, SalesForce (advantage)
  • Complex thinking, Problem solving skills & Good communication skills
  • Logistics knowledge and International trade knowledge or professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Providing professional support for foreign trade sales execution. Prepares calculations, maintains contact with partners and subsidiaries, supports the preparation of logistics scheduling, and obtains approvals. Performing planning and reporting tasks. Participate in the development of guidelines, procedures and policies of sales organizations.
  • Prepares contracts. Prepares reports, statements and proposals in form and with frequency as determined by the business manager. Maintains contact with existing accounts, compile quotations, obtains orders.
  • Supporting the development of new commercial solutions in order to reach the commercial targets of the relevant business area.
  • Responsible for tracking the cooperation with business partners: monitoring the physical and financial fulfilment of contracts, tracking the turnover and outstanding, handling claims and issues.
  • Ensure traceability of sales results. Prepare and keep the register of sales contracts up-to-date, and document the same in the database.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge. Keeps operative contacts with organisational units within MOL Group if and when required.
  • Ensures compliance with the effective laws, regulations and corporate directives, as well as for the requirements of the quality management system within the business.
  • Takes part in projects and ad hoc tasks, supports Customer Satisfaction improvement

We offer

Salary: from 1,200 € (final base salary will depend on individual skills and experience of selected candidate).
