Due to continued growth in Europe, Absolute Results is looking for a multilingual Marketing & Events  Coördinator:  a commercial people person with a background in community & event management, to join our winning team. 

 

As a natural self-starter, you are responsible for developing and maintaining dealer relationships. You work together with the dealerships to provide them with information, identify opportunities to increase their dealership sales. Together with the production team you develop innovative proposals to ensure an accurate and efficient development of a private sale or conquest flyer program that meets the clients' expectations . You follow up on the success of the program and report to the Event Support Supervisor .

 

You are successful when the customer is happy. You are a consultant and resource to clients and able to see opportunities that would benefit clients and prospective clients. With outstanding communication skills, you easily build relationships with the dealership. You take ownership and manage the process from start to finish successfully. You are a professional with a "do what it takes" attitude to get the job done, and have a high level of enthusiasm with everything you do.  

• You have a general knowledge of the the automotive sales industry
• A university degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered). Combined with at least 3 years experience as a event coordinator, community or communications manager with a marketing background
• A strong networker and prospector with creativity and marketing flair
• Able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and possess excellent interpersonal skills 
• Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once
• Required: Ability to speak fluently in French, English (oral and written) German, Dutch and Spanish are assets. 
• The majority of time will be spent working from home. Working away from the home office or outside normal hours might be occasionally required to attend meetings, conferences, and training and other work-related events.
