This role will drive the management and development of our campaigns to both internal teams and external customers. Candidates must be passionate about technology including telco, imaging, smart home, audio and computing.

They must also be driven to lead by example and inspire teams to over-achieve in all areas.

 

 

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years proven track record of Account Management (preferably in technology).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced numeracy and budgeting experience.
  • Experience of managing direct reports (including remotely).
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience of leveraging business.

 

  • The role will be primarily office based out of Big Picture in West London

Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage multiple Client accounts (tactical and strategic) from briefing to delivery and beyond.
  • Manage account budgets and delivery against objectives and KPIs.
  • Maximise client ROI within agreed strategies.
  • Operate as Brand Guardian for Big Picture in respect of quality of service and service level metrics.
  • Leverage existing business and drive to acquire new accounts.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.
  • Identify new and alternative ways of approaching Big Picture’s service offering to clients by collecting feedback, identifying trends and recommending changes.
  • Forecast and track client activity and billings.
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
