Description

Scoutbee is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations & Online Specialist to own the day-to-day activities of our marketing operations function and assist with digital campaigns to help the company achieve its growth ambitions. This position is available in Berlin or Würzburg.

What you bring to our beehive 

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Pardot and Salesforce preferred)
  • A fondness of data and be able to analyse campaign performance and share their recommendations to continually improve upon our results 
  • Good organization skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Resourcefulness and willingness to learn: figure out what needs to be done and find ways to make it happen
  • A desire to make an impact quickly
  • Effective communications, problem-solving and innovative thinking skills 
  • HTML and design skills are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain our marketing automation instance (Pardot) 
  • Own day-to-day execution of campaign requests: landing page creation, list segmentation and email campaigns
  • Work closely with Marketing Programs to build effective emails and analyse those emails for optimization
  • Own the execution of nurture flows, pulling targeted lists and segmenting appropriately
  • Own the Scoutbee website as a digital channel to drive awareness, interest and leads 
  • Assist in digital marketing campaigns, display ads and other lead-gen touchpoints
  • Ensure data integrity and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Assist in building a measurement program to track the efficacy of campaigns
  • Handle requests for special reports, data, and sales tracking information
