We are currently seeking a Head Of Marketing to join our Sales & Marketing team beginning of January 2021. This position will play an integral role in growing brand awareness and increasing market penetration for Dolead in the industry. This position is a highly cross-functional, strategic role which will require both creative and analytical thinking

 

What we are looking for :

 

  • 7+ years’ experience in senior B2B marketing roles.
  • Superior writing, editing, presentation, storytelling skills
  • Comfortable and effective interacting with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Management: Experience building, nurturing and retaining a productive and engaged team.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills; customer focused; adaptive to change
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree required and MBA a plus
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Fluent in French and English

Responsibilities

Your missions :

 

  • BRAND STRATEGY

POSITIONING: Own Dolead brand positioning and communication strategy and define how to execute it on all relevant media (website, professional networks and Traditional as B2B press, events)

BUDGET: Oversee the overall global marketing budget and roadmap, and track ROI / key metrics

ROADMAP: Define a clear content roadmap (what content the company is going to create and at what intervals)

 

  • BRAND AWARENESS EXECUTION 

CONTENT: Manage efficient content creation efforts (speaker presentation, use case, articles, white papers)

COMMUNICATION: Establish and enforce Dolead’s brand positioning across digital assets (e.g. website, social media)

PR: Issue press releases and increase Dolead credentials (e.g. awards) in the lead generation industry 

 

  • DEMAND GENERATION

STRATEGY: Identify growth opportunities for Dolead (hunting grounds) with Sales and operational teams

REPORTING & MANAGEMENT

 

  • MANAGEMENT AT A “HEAD OF” SENIORITY LEVEL

MANAGEMENT: Manage the Global Marketing team including the Demand Generation team, agencies and freelancers

MINDSET: Be on top of trends of the market, think strategically and contribute to new ideas and best practices
