Overview:

Fourth is seeking an experienced and versatile individual to help fuel our Marketing operations. The Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role in our demand generation engine and is responsible for the data, tools, and execution needs and requirements for the team to reach our Marketing pipeline contribution targets. The ideal person for this role is strong at collaborating with other teams, is analytical with a focus and a bias toward efficient execution. You are focused, hard-working and get the job done.

 

Requirements:

•Prior Marketing Operations experience at a software company

•Process oriented, self-starter with high attention to detail

•High energy, collaborative team player with an analytical mindset

•Strategic problem solver with excellent communication and organization skills

•Proficient with a wide range of Sales and Marketing technologies (Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Terminus, WordPress, Google Analytics, Asana, etc.)

•Ambitious and driven, you thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

•Reports to the Director of Global Marketing Operations and Business Development

•Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely execution of demand gen programs

•Develop and test HTML/CSS emails, landing pages, and forms

•Segment audiences, build campaigns, and manage workflows within the marketing automation platform

•Own and manage current Marketing tech stack, and provide recommendations on replacement and additional tooling needs

•Enable team members on various Marketing tools to maximize usage, efficiency and value

•Manage database hygiene and systems integration needs and requirements

•Uncover and address areas for improvement within our current tools, systems and processes 

•Understand and contribute to our demand gen performance reporting and multi-touch attribution model

•Analyze Marketing data and provide strategic insight to drive investment and execution decisions
