These entry level jobs will suit applicants that have Customer Service experience and a keen interest in developing their experience further and working in a corporate environment for a global company.

Your Customer Service experience can be either retail, hospitality or office based as long as you have fluent German/English, friendly and professional communication skills and a great work ethic!

The responsibilities of the successful Sales and Service Consultants - German job applicant:

  • Resolving issues for customers based in both the UK and Germany.
  • Assisting customers with purchasing products.
  • Assisting customers both over the phone and by e-mail (predominantly over the phone).
  • Other ad hoc office duties

The skills and experience needed from the successful Sales and Service Consultants - German job applicant:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Fluency in German and English

Responsibilities

Do you have:

 Ability to maintain the required internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WiFi).

  • A workspace that is free from noise or distraction (you’ll be provided with all the necessary equipment you will need).

 This role will involve shift work, you will always be given plenty of notice, our client understands the importance of being able to plan your life around work. Are you able to:

 Commit to a fixed Monday to Friday 09:30 CET to 18:00 CET training schedule for the first 3 weeks and successful completion of initial training?

  • Work between the hours of 08:00 CET to 22:00 CET including weekends & public holidays?
