Head of Digital Marketing & Channels, KONE Global Marketing and Communications team

We are looking for an energetic, experienced and results driven Head of Digital Marketing & Channels to develop KONE’s digital marketing & channels capabilities and strategies globally.

As a Head of Digital Marketing & Channels in the Global Marketing & Communications team you will be responsible for digital marketing & channels strategy, planning and execution, building a centre of expertise globally and supporting with developing digital marketing and channels expertise across all markets KONE operates in. You will have proven leadership skills, leading teams in complex, matrix organizations, have experience with agile ways of working as well as experience with digital change programmes.

Specific areas of focus will be Marketing Channel strategy (web, social, other owned), MarTech usage, Optimisation, Marketing data, Marketing automation and Events platform implementation. You will work closely with other teams in the Global Marketing & Communications organization e.g. customer marketing, as well as with Area/Cluster Marcomms leads, KONE IT from the digital marketing technology side and external partners.

This position is a senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing & Comms, EVP at KONE.

Key Requirements And The Further Expectations Are:

  • Suitable degree either in business, marketing or technology with several years digital marketing and/or channel development
  • +10 years’ work experience in digital marketing field, with proven track record of digital marketing strategy and capabilities, building in B2B field seen as beneficial.
  • Experience of Agile ways of working, design thinking preferable
  • Good understanding of various marketing technologies, CRM systems and automation tools
  • Good understanding of data management, dashboard integrations and analytics
  • Drive for analytics and insights to improve marketing efforts
  • Ability to influence and lead the team (currently 8 people) for results with the customer in mind in an international environment with multicultural teams.
  • Ability to develop relationships, build internal networks and partners at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Development of digital marketing capabilities through tools, technologies and processes
  • Development of marketing data analytics capabilities
  • Development of digital marketing and channels strategy
  • Building relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Optimisation strategy across all owned channels
  • Benchmarking and improving online UX and UI design

In Addition:

  • Managing the technical, data, and content deployments from global to local together with your team.
  • Supporting in developing the digital marketing and channels global – local processes and specific guidelines
  • Building a deployment team to support localization for global initiatives in collaboration with Area and local Marketing and communications teams.
