Okta is seeking a data-driven marketer to join our world-class marketing team. In this role, you will report to Okta’s Digital ABM Program Manager and work closely with field, acquisition, lifecycle, and sales development teams to ideate and execute personalized campaigns that drive meaningful engagements and accelerate sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate is creative, empathetic, and collaborative. You will leverage account insights, along with your media expertise and understanding of the B2B buyer's journey to raise awareness, drive demand, and take our Digital ABM Program to the next level. The Successful Candidate Will

  • Design and execute creative 1:few, and broad-based campaigns and use advertising as your primary channel to deliver upon account engagement goals
  • Partner with field, content, campaigns, lifecycle, and product marketing teams to personalize assets and digital experiences to inform, engage, and move our target accounts effectively through the buyer’s journey
  • Track campaign results, present learnings, experiments, and recommendations to stakeholders across the business
  • Create testing roadmaps and identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness through better audience segmentation, tactics, and processes
  • Leverage account-based data to shape ABM campaign strategies
  • Work with Web Analytics and Marketing Operations to develop the appropriate metrics to capture program effectiveness and ROI
  • Ensure that all ad copy, imagery, offers, and landing pages adhere to brand guidelines
  • Develop processes and best practices to scale our digital ABM function as we grow
  • Stay on top of new ABM technology, tactics and strategies to drive increased efficiencies and scale

Responsibilities

You would be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with media planning and expert grasp of audience segmentation, leveraging first- and third-party data, and performance-based buying structures
  • Previous success developing and executing integrated enterprise campaigns leveraging paid marketing channels (social, search, display, content syndication, DOOH, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and business sense to connect cross-channel media strategy and results to larger business objectives
  • A creative mindset and exceptional project management skills
  • Familiarity with ad serving and trafficking technologies
  • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Marketo (or similar)
  • Experience using ABM software and ad platforms, such as: Demandbase, Terminus, RollWorks, 6sense, etc. is a plus
  • Experience in the B2B Enterprise SaaS space marketing to technical audiences is a plus
  • Experience working in a media agency is a plus
