Description

1, Understand consumer in depth to be able to identify key pain points, tensions that be addressed by the brands. Come up with key jobs to be done for our beer brand through innovation by having a through understanding of the brands.

2, Lead key innovation projects for brands in ABI China market working together with global team, technical development team, brand team and sales team to realize innovation on market. Ensure launch, post-tracking to validate if the innovation meets the objectives of launch 

3, Be responsible for innovation volume with cooperating with trade marketing and sales team

4, Ability to inspire the company to be ahead of the curve and anticipate trends

5, Work closely with sales teams in the regions to understand their needs and build solutions addressing them.
