Description

LendUS, LLC is looking for a full time Mortgage Recruiter who is passionate about sourcing and finding the best talent available. The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and talent initiatives for Branch, and Operational candidates, as well as recruiting top producing Loan Originators. You will work with leadership across the nation to address recruiting needs by utilizing your vast network.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in recruiting and staffing logistics including cold sourcing using internal recruiting platforms and posting to internal and external job websites
  • Responsible for recruiting and filling operations, branch and Loan Originator roles.
  • Partner with Business Development Recruiting team to assist with recruiting and onboarding of Loan Originators.
  • Develop content for social media platforms related to the LendUS recruiting initiatives. Gather statistics that will assist in recruiting and retention goals
  • Implement New Hire Surveys and gather feedback to enhance the new hire experience
  • Assist with creation and management of the LendUS recruiting and onboarding process and procedures across divisions to ensure consistency in recruiting practices
  • Help manage full cycle recruiting ensuring all paperwork is completed and submitted to Human Resources and all applicable business units to guarantee a seamless and timely recruiting experience
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Responsibilities

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High School diploma required, Associates or Bachelors’ degree preferred.
  • 3-4 years recruiting in a banking or lending organization is preferred.
  • 2+ years Mortgage Lending experience.
  • Tactfulness and proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong written communication skills are required.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting and other recruiting is preferred.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time and responsibilities effectively.
