Description

As Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing a deep understanding of the education market and identifying the market opportunities open to Tribal. Working with Product Management, you will then be responsible for the creation and delivery of value propositions to address those opportunities. You will be responsible for planning the launch and market entry of your propositions, the messaging and target personas, and ensuring that the marketing and sales teams have the information, insight and direction they need to successfully promote and sell our solutions.

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Develop product positioning – Create messaging that differentiates our products in the market based on customer pain points.
  • Sales enablement – Communicate the value proposition to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products. Work with the wider Marketing team to create customer facing content based on customer pain points and our differentiation.
  • Product launch – Working with the wider Marketing team plan the launch of new products and releases ensuing a slick and successful go to market process. Ensure our sales teams are primed and we can swiftly move through early adopter phases to full-scale sales.
  • Market intelligence and research – Share your knowledge and insight on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; on our competition and how to defeat them, knowing our propositions strengths and weaknesses in comparison; and understand the existing customers, their needs and their “direction of travel”.
  • Support Demand Generation – Support the marketing team in demand generation activities by providing the key market insights to develop successful campaigns, including pain points and buyer requirements, target markets, messaging and the key USPs for our propositions.

  • Recognised qualification to first degree level in business, marketing or another relevant subject, or strong track record in a comparable role.
  • Very strong communication skills – written, verbal and presentation.
