SUMMARY

The Media and Data Manager will work on the Audience team, with in RB Hygiene Media group. This role will focus on establishing data growth and building foundations for “raise the ceiling” for the US and across the Globe. The role will be responsible for first party media and data partnerships for both the consumer and professional teams, developing playbooks and processes for data integration models and advancing the use of data to drive marketing effectiveness and advancing media measurement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data & technology as it applies to media and marketing – with a focus on digital.

 

This person will gain hands on experience and exposure to the fundamentals of media and data API Integrations, digital measurement, and will be responsible for tracking set up, reporting and analysis in coordination with the media and Business Solution Intelligence. The Media and Data Associate Manager is expected to be an active member of the Hygiene Media team through a passion and curiosity for new thinking and fresh ideas to advance the use of data to drive better business results.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The right candidate will need skills in creative thinking across media, business intelligence, brand marketing and agency teams through a data driven mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

 

·        Support brand teams in data capture through media opportunities and professional partnerships

·        Work with teams across the organization to develop first party data strategies for execution and to retarget

·        Help drive awareness of new programs and initiatives specifically targeting Small Medium Enterprises, such as restaurants and hotels to help support key business models for Net Revenue growth

·        Support Data Management Platform (DMP) audience analytics activities or other tools used to develop retargeting strategies for always on media campaigns

·        Key contributor to providing data analysis and insights across brand portfolio – 1P, 2P and 3P strategies

·        Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through audience segmentation

·        Assist in developing a measurement roadmap for the Professional marketing organization in data capture and integrations

·        Develop data benchmarks and best practices for monthly performance scorecards in support with Audience Analysis and CRM Analyst

  • Support day-to-day management within the Data Management Platform (DMP) to ensure all digital campaigns are tagged and QA’ed properly to ensure quality of data and reports

·        Responsible for understanding new data & measurement technologies, digital partners and trends

·        Act as lead point of contact for external agency and vendor relationships, with ability to communicate BU vision, drive brand strategies and manage partnerships to realize our business objectives.

o  Highly effective project management of workstreams across Media, Brand, BSI, CMI & Business Solutions team stakeholder groups.

·        Development and leadership of an RB Audience Pod across CBUs, building effective communications and points of partnership to realize opportunities with Health, VMS & Nutrition colleagues

·        Own the data integration process in partnership with BSI (Data architecture team, data board etc)

 

Responsibilities

EXPERIENCE LEVEL

·        Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business. MBA a plus.

·        3-5+ years of work experience in Marketing/Communications

·        3+ years work experience with Data platforms – Salesforce, Google Analytics, Coding, Data Lake API Connections etc..

 

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Strong understanding of Data Management Platforms (DMP) Salesforce

·        Working knowledge of competitive, audience and syndicated media research & systems (Nielsen, comScore)

·        Knowledge of the workings of a DSPs, Agency Trading desks and DMPs and CRM databases

·        Understanding of programmatic media buying

·        Familiarity with DoubleClick and other measurement tools products

·        Understanding of digital tagging implementation and QA process  

·        Must feel comfortable learning new systems and tools
