Digital PMO Manager,

RB IT Hub, Warsaw

 

You will:

  • Manage and maintain the delivery portfolio for all Continuous Improvement (CI), medium and large strategic projects, including Prototypes/PoC, Change Request, Standard Service, Business or Technical project, Platform/Product Support.
  • Liaise with Project Managers and Programme Managers in Digital to provide regular updates to the eRB Digital Leadership team.
  • Work with the PMO offices to provide input into the continuous improvement and definition of the overall quality strategy and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Regional PODs on markets digital projects and support onboarding of new regional POD resources to Digital PMO standards and tools.
  • Manage the team of 15+ members.
  • Manage the delivery portfolio and communicate on the Health IT Leadership teams’ ability to deliver to it.

Responsibilities

You'll succeed because…You have …

  • Previous experience in Consumer Good, Personal Hygiene or Healthcare Markets.
  • Educated in Business discipline or Computer Science to degree level, or equivalent experience.
  • Program and Project Management qualifications e.g. Prince2, PMI PMP.
  • ITIL V3 to Intermediate level.
  • Extensive experience of a resource planning and portfolio management role in a multinational organisation. 
  • Passion about developing others.
