£28,000 - £32,000

Note: Currently fully remote during Covid moving to part remote set-up

The Account Manager Role:

 

We need an Account Manager with the ability to manage fast pace, large projects for one of our key accounts. Making sure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Working within our family feel team to make sure every project is better than the last. A successful Account Manager will be great at judging team member’s daily task queues and ensuring the agreed deliverables get to the client on time and in line with the brief.

 

If you are good at problem solving, understanding creative and technical briefs and have at least 1.5 - 3 years work experience in the digital marketing and/or CRM space, then you’ll be a fitting candidate.

Responsibilities

Experience:

 

Able to multitask in a fast paced environment

Have a passion to build professional client relationships

Have experience in advertising, design or marketing agencies

Have a persuasive and confident approach to creative projects

Have excellent written and oral communication skills

Have a team player attitude

Have a keen attention to detail on creative and HTML deliverables

Understanding of managing projects and delivering in budget

Understand creative processes and techniques

Are willing to learn about the latest trends and develop ideas

HTML is a bonus

Use of an ESP and CRM tools a bonus

 

 

What we ask:

Be eligible to work in the UK. Live within a commutable distance to London

Day-to-day management of clients’ strategic, creative and development projects

Daily communication and liaising with clients through email and conference calls and meetings

Take clients brief and translate that information into project plans

Ensure project deliveries are meeting the brief and to a high standard

Organise client feedback and ensure amends are being met

Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget

Book in regular client meetings and come up with fresh and innovative ideas for client reviews

Get the right people to the meeting and follow up with clear actions and timings

Manage priorities, workflow and be highly organised overall

Be passionate about email and spread this to the team and clients alike
