PoliLingua Ltd is a British company which provides a full range of linguistic services such as: translation, interpretation, multicultural marketing, subtitling, voice-over transcription. We work with companies such as Harvard, San Francisco, Oxford Universities, Orange, KFC, Giorgio Armani, etc.

Currently, we are looking for a Commercial Manager with good knowledge of written and spoken French.

In this context, your mission will be as follows:

Customer service management (reception of phone calls, emails)

Management of existing customers

Management of your sales area and projects

Follow up on your customers (quotes, customer reminders, etc.)

 

Find new clients who might be interested in the services of our company.

 

Responsibilities

Responsiveness, efficiency, rigor, precision and responsibility

Excellent command of the Microsoft Office pack and fast typing skills

High level of spoken and written French language

Excellent communication and negotiation skills (to be able to interact effectively with French clients by email, messenger or phone)
