We are looking for a highly skilled IT professional with a proven IT architecture experience to join our IT Architecture and Governance team, in Raiffeisen Bank.

 

 

Responsibilities:

● Builds solution architectures for project implementations being accountable for the overall project solution and architecture aligned with the target architecture, IT and business strategy

● Maintains the IT architecture blueprint repository and participates in elaboration and maintenance of architectural standards and principles inline with the IT strategy and enterprise architecture roadmap

● Is actively involved in creating and approving and the target architecture under the coordination of lead and domain enterprise architects

● Participates in the feasibility study of project initiatives, providing a high level solution for budgeting purposes

● Provides support to Business System Analysts and Developers during projects to ensure that their deliverables are compliant with the proposed solution

● Studies and proposes new, innovative architectural concepts aligned with technology evolution and supporting business strategic goals.

● Collaborates with IT Production engineers for building and maintaining the capacity planning, application lifecycle management and problem management

● Actively involved in RFx processes; runs proofs of concepts for various new technologies/solutions

● Collaborate with RBI Group teams in order to define and implement initiatives that sustain Group Strategy

● Fluent in English,

● Good architectural knowledge of major enterprise platforms and architectural patterns (databases, Java application servers, SOA suites, application integration, microservice architecture, event driven architecture, etc)

● Hands on experience on diverse technologies, including REST services, web services, XML, Java, Unix, C#, .NET, API Management and ESB technologies is a plus

● Experience with modeling tools (Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus)

● Good communication skills both staff and executive levels . Able to work globally and across cultures

● Team player, acting proactively, self-starter, open to new ideas, business and customer oriented

● Solution oriented, with ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines, timely decision making

● Experienced in working with vendors and/or third party organizations

● Able to anticipate architectural and business risks and propose creative and innovative solutions

● Strong presentation and analytical skills, sound stakeholder management abilities

● Focused on results, able to drive a technical team towards result achievement by resolving impediments

 

 

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably computer science or other relevant technical domains

● TOGAF 9, Archimate 2 or other architect certifications are a plus

 

 

Experience:

● 7+ years experience in IT

● 3+ years architecture experience in enterprise environments (exposure to financial industry is a plus)
