As a key leader on the Operations team, you will be responsible for driving the evolution and scaling of The Switch, Canvas’ white-glove EHR change management process. You are an individual contributor who ensures the successful implementation of new partnerships and serves the ongoing customer needs of existing customers. You thrive in fast-paced environments, and embrace the flexibility of an early-stage startup. 

 

 

Key responsibilities and Outcomes: 

  • Operational creativity and excellence: serve as the voice for your customers as you work cross functionally with engineering to build a repeatable, scalable, and customer-obsessed implementation process 
  • Project Management: independently manage implementation meetings with new customers, triage concerns to relevant stakeholders, and drive project to milestone completion
  • Adoption and Training: exhibit business and product mastery throughout implementation process to set customers up for a flawless post Go-live experience
  • Customer Success: serve as primary point of contact post-sale; demonstrate empathy as you proactively identify challenges and resolve them with customers to meet KPIs

Responsibilities

  • A strong problem solver motivated to collaborate with practice leaders to build solutions for recurring challenges they face
  • Exceptional project management skills demonstrated by timely implementation and ongoing KPI success of new partnerships in prior role(s)
  • Passion for improving the primary care experience for caregivers and patients
  • Comfortable leading all post-sale customer interactions on behalf of Canvas
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal presentation skills
  • Willingness to create and improve educational materials, training curriculums, and other instructional content to facilitate continuous learning and knowledge sharing for customers
  • Required experience: 2+ years of management consulting at a leading firm or 4+ years of healthcare experience with EHR implementation, account management, and/or customer success
