Description

Growth is the lifeblood of any business. Owning a slice of Impact’s product-led growth means identifying the best levers to help our customers (Brands and Partners) succeed at driving productive partnerships and then operationalizing those insights within the platform. Part marketer, part product manager, and full-on platform matchmaker - you will be identifying product-based solutions to help brands and partners connect seamlessly; helping brands expand their customer audiences, while helping media publishers / partners better monetize their properties. Strike gold for our customers at an MVP-level and then help build it out, at scale.

 

 

Does this sound like you?

  • Demonstrable experience in fostering teamwork and driving highly visible, high-priority projects cross-functionally (e.g., across Partnerships, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Product and Engineering). 
  • Experience driving user growth, performing competitive research or market research in B2B Saas or B2C marketplaces. Familiarity with product-led growth strategies.
  • Great oral and written communication skills. 
  • Comfort with drawing insights from large amounts of data and making actionable recommendations. 
  • Experience in leveraging experimental design methods and data analysis.  
  • Comfort with email automation, in-app messaging tools, and /or the performance marketing ecosystem is a strong plus.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set the product vision and strategy to grow and scale new business opportunities for Impact Partnership Cloud platform.
  • Design experiments (A/B Testing, etc.) to drive growth outcomes for the assigned initiatives.
  • Work with an internal analytics team to create reports required to analyze effectiveness of experiments.
  • Work with Product Enablement to analyze and improve sub-optimal user flows throughout the user lifecycle (sign-up, onboarding, activation, etc.). Perform user segment analysis using product analytic tools such as Pendo and Google Analytics.
  • Analyze data and reports for insights and patterns and draw actionable recommendations.
