The Role

In the role of Digital Sales Representative you will be responsible for building and maintaining prospect relationships to drive revenue within Workfront. A significant part of the role of Digital Sales Representative is partnering with your aligned Field Account Executive ensuring quality and quantity of sales pipeline.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and generate qualified Sales opportunities by conducting account based research, social selling techniques and, most importantly, outbound calling
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads
  • Effectively articulate the Workfront value proposition to prospective customers
  • Qualify potential opportunities and determining best fit and debriefing your aligned Account Executive to progress
  • Conduct value-based discussions with prospects through phone, email, social media
  • Build high quality, winnable sales pipeline 
  • Partner with Field Account Executive to ensure alignment of account planning and outreach strategy
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly qualified sales opportunity targets
  • Proactively provide closed-loop feedback on programs, messaging and processes to ensure continuous optimisation and improvement
  • Ensure Salesforce is accurate and up to date
  • Adhere to lead qualification standards
