Walker Lovell is currently recruiting a Customer Success Manager to join a leading, global business information provider in Brussels.

 

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible handling multiple customers, coordinating with multiple teams, and supporting sales representatives. You will also be responsible for supporting the retention of top clients in Europe and the U.S.

 

Required experience:

  • 5 years of proven success in an account management or client/customer success role
  • Proven client management experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages are desired
  • Effective time management and organization skills
