We are looking for a SALES DIRECTOR - DISTRIBUTED ENERGY & EFFICIENCY

 

JD Ross Energy is supporting a growing Distributed Energy Solutions Business who are looking to add a SALES DIRECTOR to their growing C&I sales team.

 

Our client are one of the most exciting companies in this space and have a very recognized brand in the market. The offer a range of behind the meter energy solutions from solar, storage, geothermal, co generation and various financing models such as performance contracting.

 

We are looking for a hunter sales professional who can be a lead revenue generator in the business. This is an ideal role for someone with:

 

  • A hunter sales mentality to drive revenue
  • 4 + years’ experience selling behind the meter energy solutions
  • A background in selling to multiple verticals such as large commercial and industrial, higher education campuses, Healthcare, Large Institution and Fortune 500
  • Experienced working with a range of Distributed Energy offerings such as Solar, Storage, Micro-grid technologies, energy as a service, co generation, geothermal and energy performance contracts
  • Expert knowledge of long sale cycles and how to prospect, negotiate and close business across multiple verticals

This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the US but a focus on the North East client base is preferable.
