Description

YellowBricks are hiring a Mid Touch Customer Success Manager for our high growth client, in this role you will carefully maintain relationships with a portfolio of highly engaged clients bringing a high-end approach enabling clients to utilise the products to their full capability. We are seeking a person who has a second language of French but this is not essential. For this role you will have an inquisitive approach with a good understanding of content marketing solutions and all of the functionalities it provides for clients to drive maximum engagement in this quarterly targetted 80/20 role.

 

 

Duties:

  • Managing a portfolio of up to 50 customers.
  • Discovering client engagement and supporting on maximising product benefits
  • Drive client attraction to the full product capability
  • Create and carry out regular webinars, email updates and videos
  • Develop engaging email templates for use across portfolio
  • Track and develop engagement relating to your activities
  • Run engagement surveys, pick up on comments
  • Work side by side with the client to allow them to reach milestones
  • Support on implementation
  • Maximise early adoption through coaching and training
  • Making process improvement recommendations regularly
  • Maintaining client details to enable regular business communications are reaching
  • Highlight customers who are disengaged and remedy through support
  • Playback events to Renewal Managers when required
  • Collaborate with the wider team to drive harmony across the service offering
