The role:

As a Customer Success Manager - Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for...

  • Maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships with major enterprise accounts
  • Onboarding customers, acting as the main point of contact and supporting them through post-onboard
  • Driving a high level of customer satisfaction and increasing customer retention and successful product use
  • Supporting clients through the onboarding phase all the way to quarterly reviews and annual renewals
  • Demonstrating ROI to customers and analysing metrics to advise them on best practice and optimisation
  • Training customers on the platform and relaying any feedback to the product team

Responsibilities

About you:

  • Strong account management experience, dealing with enterprise accounts
  • Experience in industries related to Software / SaaS / Technology / IT
  • Quick learner with a desire to develop a successful career
  • Experience managing and expanding blue-chip/enterprise accounts
