Job Summary:

Leading the ATS project according to FLOW and RB project management.

- Acquisition Projects (SE1 to SE4)

- Customer Projects (QG0 to QG5)                                                                                                 

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Role: project leader of ATS parts

Common responsibility:

- Overall project responsibility to ensure success criteria about on time, on budget and on specification, leading the project team to success

- Managing the project risk and escalate topics to higher authorities if deviations from project targets are observed

- Prepare and maintain all required project documentation

- Prepare and carry out management meetings and project reviews (BOT, PRC)

- Managing communication with customer and within the project team

- Coordination sales planning and forecasts

- Responsibility and interface towards calibration team and customer are accordance with the definition of project organization chart

Responsibilities

Education:

Master or bachelor of engineering or similar technical oriented major;

Major in internal combustion engines, automotive technology or machinery

Work Experience:

First working experience in technical oriented position or project management;

- 2+ years project management in a matrix environment

- Automotive experience a plus

Knowledge/ Skills:

-Technical comprehension and understanding of complex processes

- Good communication skills

- Leadership ability

-Experience with SAP or other project management system

-Knowledge of Bosch PEP or comparable process
