We have many innovative, ambitious plans here in the KPMG Business School and you have the chance to make a real impact. We are currently seeking to hire a Digital Programme Specialist to join our KPMG Business School on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will work closely with our internal Transformation and Change team to help drive the adoption of technology across the firm.


The role will sit in the KPMG Business School and focus on our Digital Transformation programme. Specific aspects of the role include:

    • Keeping up to date with latest updates and applications particularly from Microsoft
    • Developing and communicating weekly tips, tricks and hacks to share with the firm
    • Co-ordination of a digital champion programme
    • Delivering presentations to a group of digital champions
    • Coordinating requests from the firm for presentation, queries, 1:1 coaching for technology
    • Development of guides and how to videos to upskill the team
    • Working with the Business School team on key learning initiatives and projects
    • Working with the IT and Innovation team on future rollouts of technology and how the Digital Champions can support those rollouts
    • Supporting people in the use of technology to help them use our Digital tools as best as possible


The KPMG Business School is supported by 19 training professionals who provide the firm with education, training and people development solutions spanning technical (accounting), information technology and leadership and business skills development.

Specific Requirements

We are keen to hear from candidates who possess the following:

  • Curiosity, Creativity, Energy and Enthusiasm
  • Between 2-4 years work experience in a Training & Development role
  • Experience or interest in Microsoft Collaboration Tools (MS Teams, Tasks by Planner, MS Forms, OneDrive, MS Whiteboard, MS OneNote)
  • Experience of supporting team members in the use of technology
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Broad IT & Digital experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent organization skills, including time-management and attention to detail
  • Experience communicating with senior people and working in a large complex environment
