Description

Resource Solutions' Market Intelligence team requires an individual to contribute to their market intelligence and analytics output. The team combines external market intelligence and internal business intelligence to develop and deliver strategic insights for clients and our business leaders. As we look to enhance this service offering, you will be accountable for producing competitive and compelling market intelligence offerings that help our clients make the best hiring decisions for the future.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis to highlight emerging trends and provide insight to clients, enabling decision making and wider strategic initiatives
  • Deliver and disseminate relevant labour market, demographic, talent supply and demand, salary, experience, location, legislative and technology knowledge within the business and to clients
  • Compile reports by analysing trends within datasets, providing context and relaying information in an engaging manner
  • Dealing with stakeholders in conjunction with Resource Solutions' client base, both internally and externally
  • Production of competitor and industry intelligence to assist and facilitate the Resource Solutions Sales Team
  • Compile, organise and maintain a central repository of market and competitive intelligence. Ensuring datasets, information and market trends are up to date within Microsoft PowerBI
  • Drive the capabilities of the market intelligence team, through testing external data platforms, monitoring deliverables and continuously looking to improve the quality of data and information provided
  • Support the wider marketing team with content creation, presentation editing, video content, whitepapers, surveys and copywriting

Responsibilities

Desired experience/proficiencies:

  • Data Visualisation: Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, or other data visualisation platforms such as Tableau, Looker etc
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyse data sets, pulling trends, finding outliers, and adding a layer of expertise to raw data or information
  • Content creation: Report-writing experience, ability to articulate trends and analysis
  • Industry Knowledge: RPO/MSP industry knowledge is preferred but not a necessity
  • Stakeholder Management: Comfortable when interacting with stakeholders, building relationships with Resource Solutions' accounts and conveying information in an engaging way
  • Interpretation: Ability to turn data and information into actionable insight
  • Design: Creative ability when producing and designing market intelligence, proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
  • Communication: Ability to convey information, interact with global stakeholders and wider support teams
