Description

A Helpdesk Assistant with really good people skills and an excellent telephone manner is required for this busy and bustling organisation who are currently expanding.

 

Some of your duties will include:

  • - Providing a high level of helpdesk support to a wide range of clients with maintenance requirements
  • - Managing incoming telephone calls and handling a variety of enquiries from new and existing clients
  • - Logging details of clients requirement on computer system and co-ordinating maintenance support
  • - Tracking progress of work being completed from instigation stage through to successful completion
  • - Maintaining regular contact with clients on the telephone and building successful long term relationships
  • - Ensuring any customer issues that arise are researched and resolved to complete customer satisfaction
