Job tasks:
- Manage all office correspondence and communication
 - Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for staff
 - Provide logistics support for conferences and meetings
 - Office and facility management and maintenance
 - Public relations tasks (answering the phone, welcoming guests, accommodating visitor needs, etc.)
 
Responsibilities
- At least 2 years of office management experience within an international atmosphere
 - Fluent in Dutch AND English
 - Based currently in the Netherlands with a valid work permit
