LANGUAGES: Fluency in French AND Italian is essential

Our client is a world leading exporter of some of the world’s most recognised brands in the luxury goods sector.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fairly small but very friendly international export team as a fluent French and Italian speaking Export Customer Service Executive. Your role will be to offer full B2B support to customers and will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Offer full support (telephone and email) to French speaking business clients and provide back up support for Italian speaking clients
 - Placing customer orders for products
 - Advising customers of queries on orders and finding solutions for them
 - Dealing with customer complaints
 - Liaising with courier and freight companies
 - Monitoring the efficiency of the export operations in the territories they are responsible for
 - Providing support to the Export Sales Teams
 
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Fluent French and Italian (both languages) is essential
 - Previous customer service experience or administrative experience
 - A clear and confident communicator
 - Effective at prioritising and able to work to deadlines and under pressure
