Are you an enthusiastic people person, with an eye for talent and at least 2 years of experience within recruitment? Our client is looking for a fluent German & Dutch Recruiter to join their international team in Rotterdam!
Responsibilities:
· Drafting appealing job descriptions
· Managing job posts and reviewing applications
· Sourcing and selecting suitable candidates
· Planning, preparing and conducting job interviews
· Work on process improvement
Responsibilities
Requirements:
· Minimum HBO/ Bachelors level of education
· 2-5 years of experience in the whole recruitment cycle
· Native German and fluent in Dutch and English
· Excellent sourcing and interview skills
· Flexible, fast, result-oriented
