Responsibilities
- Require a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and 3 years of customer service experience
 - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, well-developed verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with internal and external customers
 - Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities, meet assigned deadlines, and manage the related stress
 - Must be self-motivated and able to work with a general level of autonomy and independence
 - Comfortable with IT tools and Office Pack, must master particularly Excel
 - Must speak English and French
