Description
- 
Assist the MD and senior team with day-to-day issues and scheduling of team and client meetings plus taking of minutes when required
 - 
Develop and manage the induction process for new starters.
 - 
Support in various agency initiatives and projects.
 - 
Liaise with senior staff and an external PR professional body to organise the internal /external training schedule.
 - 
Maintain centralised holiday planner.
 - 
Organise travel and accommodation for all teams wherever required.
 - 
Liaise closely with IT department on all office IT needs.
 - 
Maintain stock levels for office stationery and groceries.
 - 
Responsible for Health and Safety compliance including being a fire warden & first point of for first aid (training available).
 - 
Co-ordinate social committee in organising programme of social events and activities throughout year.
 - 
Support the senior team and MD in reviewing and managing business operating costs.
 - 
Manage subscription/membership budget.
