Description
- 
Support recruiting efforts, manage trainings, correspond with interpreters providing guidance, coaching, recognition, and responsibilities.
 - 
In the absence of the Director, support inquiries with company clients, department heads, external partners, and vendors.
 - 
Educate clients on options for language services and when to use them.
 - 
Assist in product delivery, client implementation and training on how to use services.
 - 
Maintain an effective internal and external Quality Assurance (QA) programs fostering continuous improvement.
 - 
Assistance with analyzing utilization data and reporting.
 
Responsibilities
- 
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
 - 
Bilingual Spanish.
 - 
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
 - 
Works well with a diverse range of people.
 - 
Candidate should be a good communicator; able to be easily understood by persons from all linguistic backgrounds.
 - 
Capable of understanding persons with limited English proficiency.
 - 
Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Windows (Outlook, Word and Excel).
 - 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgent deadlines.
 - 
Professional and positive phone manner with clients.
 - 
Attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
 - 
Friendly and cooperative attitude is of utmost importance.
