Description
- 
Works with the Translation Governance Manager to identify scope of work and create a corresponding project plan
 - 
Coordinates meetings with various lines of business to discuss the project and set deadlines and deliverables. This includes providing explicit instructions to help facilitate the team’s work
 - 
Tracks translation needs for the project and informs the Translation Team Manager of the incoming assignments
 - 
Anticipates and troubleshoots project bottlenecks and escalates appropriately, resolving as much as possible independently
 - 
Performs translations or proofreading tasks, English-Japanese
 - 
Log project status if required
 
Responsibilities
- 
Bachelor Degree
 - 
3-5 years of project management experience
 - 
Bilingual English-Japanese preferred
 - 
Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
 - 
Experienced coordinating and leading meetings
 - 
Certified Scrum Master preferred
 - 
Collaborative thinker who works well in a team
 - 
Problem solver with creative and innovative approach with ability to think outside the box
