Identify and prioritize business problems in close collaboration with our stakeholders that analytics is suited to solve and enable stakeholders to do their jobs effectively and reach their targets.

Define and present product roadmaps to our stakeholders with a clear link to the business value of our products, highlighting dependencies and identifying and managing the risks.

Drive the creation of data-driven solutions by breaking down different use cases into requirements for our engineering teams, always ensuring proper compliance, risk mitigation, scalability, GDPR, governance and data quality.

Embed our current products such us data foundation, AI platform and MarTech into business operations – always aiming to ensure our products provide value.

Support the democratization of data by providing your expertise to the business areas, presenting existing tools and creating a strong data culture within Nordea.
Responsibilities
-
Experience as data engineer / analyst / scientist with expertise in SQL, ETL processes and data modelling combining data from multiple different sources.

Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate technical or complex matters with both business stakeholders and engineers in different levels of the organization.

Experience with requirements analysis, being able to translate stakeholder needs into high level requirements to be implemented in the subsequent development activities.

Experience working in Agile teams within SAFe framework.

Experience with big data and cloud computing platforms like Cloudera, AWS.

Experience with data lake/warehousing architectures like Snowflake.

Understanding of the data science modelling process.

Experience with the data governance process and managing data privacy within applications.
