Description
Role Summary
We are looking for Junior clerk shipping / purchasing / office management
for our location in Zweimen (QRC East), which specializes in comprehensive valve-related services.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Requirements: You'll be involved in the following tasks:
- Processing of shipping orders for domestic and international deliveries
 - Creation of the corresponding shipping documentation (invoices, certificates of origin, preference certificate)
 - Organization of land, air and sea transport
 - Creation of order confirmations
 - Implementation of order processes (inquiry, approval process, recording)
 - Recording and maintenance of purchased items and supplier master data in SAP
 - Communication and correspondence with customers and suppliers in German and English
 - Implementation of incoming goods inspections
 - Handling of general office activities (administration of telephone calls, mail and email traffic)
 - Organization of trips, conferences and visitor management
 - Database maintenance
 
What Do You Need For This Job
- Successfully completed training, preferably industrial clerk
 - Good SAP knowledge is desirable
 - Knowledge of common MS Office applications
 - Ability to communicate and work in a team
 - Good written and spoken English knowledge
