Our client, an AI-Software company that just closed a Series B round, is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to create and execute on both an account-based marketing strategy and a demand generation strategy
As a key member of the Marketing team, you will have primary day-to-day responsibility for managing the company's growth marketing strategy and execution, driving engagement and lead conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Gain an understanding of what motivates potential customers in various industries to purchase the types of software solutions our client offers
 - Formulate and execute an account-based marketing and demand generation strategy ensuring that different types of prospects receive the appropriate customized content in a timely manner to accelerate sales cycles
 - Measure and analyze all results from the above strategic plan
 - Create the processes and systems to ensure the strategies are properly executed
 - Continuously measure analyze the sales pipeline to ensure the right audience is being reached and track progress. Make improvements when needed
 - Develop customized marketing campaigns which can include email campaigns, lead nurturing, digital assets, events, etc
 - Collaborate with the other members of the Marketing dept to ensure the right content is going to the right prospects and customers
 - Collaborate closely with sales and customer success
 - Analyze and improve the current email marketing strategy
 - Ensure the website becomes a stronger lead generation source
 
Responsibilities
- 5+ years working at a growth marketing professional in a leadership capacity, at B2B Software companies
 - Currently in a strategic and tactical growth marketing role where you set the strategy and execute on the strategy on your own or with limited internal resources
 - Expert in account-based marketing and demand generation
 - Expert in email marketing
 - Excellent communicator and collaborator
 - Detail-oriented
 - Deep experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
