Customer Service Representative -Europe

Description

The Customer Service Representative will report to the Senior Manager Planning, Finance and Operations Europe. She/he will coordinate internally between the sales, shipping and credit departments and externally with customers to ensure orders and payments accuracy and reception.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to experience the inner workings of a fast growing fashion brand and have visibility on back end operations.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Work very closely with the sales team for all orders, repeats, returns and any customer issues concerning their orders and payment
  • Check for stock availability by using & maintaining the booking reports
  • Take care of all repeat requests and ensure the shipping in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with Shipping and Credit Departments to ensure delivery is on time
  • Advise all Agents & Sales Representatives for order discrepancies such as delivery dates, price correction as well as style cancellations
  • Assist with any sales matter

Specific Requirements

Experience:

  • First experiences in a similar position (intership or first job
  • Knowledge of fashion industry
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbally
  • Able to multi-task and reactive to new projects
  • Proactive mindset
  • Keen eye for numbers

 

Skills:

  • Business level English plus at least one more language with good proficiency
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Knowledge of ERP or Order Management Systems
