LANGUAGES: Fluency in French AND Italian is essential

Our client is a world leading exporter of some of the world’s most recognised brands in the luxury goods sector.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fairly small but very friendly international export team as a fluent French and Italian speaking Export Customer Service Executive. Your role will be to offer full B2B support to customers and will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Offer full support (telephone and email) to French speaking business clients and provide back up support for Italian speaking clients
  • Placing customer orders for products
  • Advising customers of queries on orders and finding solutions for them
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Liaising with courier and freight companies
  • Monitoring the efficiency of the export operations in the territories they are responsible for
  • Providing support to the Export Sales Teams

 

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluent French and Italian (both languages) is essential
  • Previous customer service experience or administrative experience
  • A clear and confident communicator
  • Effective at prioritising and able to work to deadlines and under pressure
