Lead product vision, strategy, development, and execution for the Growth Platform team. Today these products include our localization platform that brings Pinterest to people around the world in 35+ languages, a suite of self-serve internal tools that power our email marketing program and in-product experiences, and more
Connect the dots between the needs of your customers and the needs of the business to build a roadmap that moves the needle for user visitation, conversion, and engagement across the globe
Work closely with your cross-functional partners (engineering, design, marketing, international, and other product teams across the company) to build the next generation of internal tools for Growth that allow any team to reach their target audience with unified, cohesive in-product experiences
Clearly communicate roadmap, progress, and insights to adjacent product teams and stakeholders across the company

Responsibilities

5+ years of product management or related experience
Experience with and passion for building tools & systems that enable global teams to reach users across the product
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in leading teams, working cross-functionally, and navigating organizations in a highly collaborative environment
Interest in internationalization and localization, or solving for other unique challenges of building a global product
