Bilingual Content Manager (Customer Service, Project Management)

Description

 

• In charge of BIGO content operation work, including broadcaster/host recruitment, management, training, maintain relationship etc;

• Develop operational strategic plans and produce high-quality live video content including content and articles production, online and offline campaigns, etc;

• Develop the implementation of the corresponding operating activities planning based on different channels;

• Integrate resources, work together with the other department, or cooperating agencies.

Skills

• Have a deep understanding of the live-streaming industry or familiar with online products;

• English and Spanish language as working language, able to communicate in both language;

• Experience in Key Account Management in Financial Industry or Insurance Industry is a plus;

• Priority for having experience in APP operation;

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, good teamwork spirit.
