Specific Requirements

  • Require a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and 3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, well-developed verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with internal and external customers
  • Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities, meet assigned deadlines, and manage the related stress
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with a general level of autonomy and independence
  • Comfortable with IT tools and Office Pack, must master particularly Excel
  • Must speak English and French
