Spanish Translator / HR Clerk

Description

  • You will assist with translating for employees Spanish to English and English to Spanish throughout the plant.
  • You are responsible for a wide variety of clerical HR functions.
  • Provide translation for onboarding sessions and assist with interviews.
  • Assist with scheduling and conducting interviews, drug tests, and confirming employees for orientation.
  • Provide general HR assistance to managers, supervisors and employees.
  • All other relevant tasks to the job.

Specific Requirements

  • Ideally you will have a college education.
  • You must be bilingual English and Spanish.
  • You must be proficient with technology and computers.
  • Professional demeanor.
