You will assist with translating for employees Spanish to English and English to Spanish throughout the plant.
You are responsible for a wide variety of clerical HR functions.
Provide translation for onboarding sessions and assist with interviews.
Assist with scheduling and conducting interviews, drug tests, and confirming employees for orientation.
Provide general HR assistance to managers, supervisors and employees.
All other relevant tasks to the job.
Ideally you will have a college education.
You must be bilingual English and Spanish.
You must be proficient with technology and computers.

Your work day will start around 8 am each day.
