JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fairly small but very friendly international export team as an Italian and French speaking Export Customer Service Executive. Your role will be to offer full B2B support to customers and will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Offer full support (telephone and email) to Italian speaking business clients and provide back up support for French speaking clients
  • Placing customer orders for products
  • Advising customers of queries on orders and finding solutions for them
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Liaising with courier and freight companies
  • Monitoring the efficiency of the export operations in the territories they are responsible for
  • Providing support to the Export Sales Teams

Specific Requirements

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluent Italian plus a good knowledge of French 
  • Previous customer service experience or administrative experience
  • A clear and confident communicator
  • Effective at prioritising and able to work to deadlines and under pressure

We offer

SALARY
£22,000 - £24,000 pa + benefits

WORKING HOURS ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY, ALTERNATE 8.00 - 16.00 OR 9.00 - 17.00
