• Participate in solution design workshops, analysis, and understanding of customer’s needs; leverage Transporeon modules, products, and best practices to design solutions in line with the identified customer requirements and industry
• manage customer projects, including internal and external coordination and communication as well as supervision of project participants in terms of scope, schedule, and costs
• accompany customers during the change management process linked to the project (user training, user support, etc.)
• liaise with Transporeon Sales, Business Consulting, Customer Services, and System Delivery departments and ensure a smooth transition to Transporeon Customer Care
• identify improvements in processes, knowledge gaps, products, communication, and efficiency

You are ready, if you have...

• at least 4 years of experience as a project manager focused on TMS, WMS, ERP or SaaS product implementation
• fluent level of English and German language
• university or college/business degree in computer science or supply chain management
• practical knowledge of common project management methods and standards (Prince2, Agile, PMI)
• ability to prepare XML configuration
• experience working in an international environment, are able to adjust your communication style according to the respective culture
• outstanding communication skills and enjoy using them for connecting diverse stakeholders to reach their common goal
• are known for your organizational talent and time management
