We are looking for a French + English Customer Care Specialist to join our brand new team for all smart home solutions!

Specific Requirements

  • support French and English-speaking customers through chat, tickets, or phone
  • provide requested information concerning product troubleshooting, cancellation or refunds
  • work on solving inquiries by following determined communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

You are the right candidate if you…

  • have an excellent command of spoken and written French language
  • have a very good command of the English language
  • are able to work full-time from our Zagreb office (Mon-Fri, 9 am to 5 pm)
  • like to talk to people and help them
  • have a reliable and team-oriented way of working
  • have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
