We are looking for a French + English Customer Care Specialist to join our brand new team for all smart home solutions!

Responsibilities
- support French and English-speaking customers through chat, tickets, or phone
- provide requested information concerning product troubleshooting, cancellation or refunds
- work on solving inquiries by following determined communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
You are the right candidate if you…
- have an excellent command of spoken and written French language
- have a very good command of the English language
- are able to work full-time from our Zagreb office (Mon-Fri, 9 am to 5 pm)
- like to talk to people and help them
- have a reliable and team-oriented way of working
- have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
