Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of game development projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including art, engineering, design, and QA, to foster effective collaboration and communication.
  • Develop project schedules, define milestones, and allocate resources appropriately to achieve project objectives.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, provide status updates, and ensure project documentation is well-maintained and up-to-date.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates, risks, and progress to the management team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in the game development pipeline.
