Description

Your mission as Senior Scrum Master

You are a hands-on expert on all things Scrum who can lead (not manage) the Agile community in FRISS. You are the Agile Conscience of our company. But while you breathe Agile and Scrum, you see it as an instrument, and you are nor dogmatic about it. You are a practical person who knows that while in theory Scrum works one way, the real world is a lot different. You practice servant leadership contextually – you know when you need to step in and help steer the teams towards effectiveness.

If you look back after one year at FRISS, what will you have achieved?

You have been a sparring partner for our CXO team. Your ability to give critical feedback to the team, all the way up to the C-level, has been instrumental in helping us shape our journey at FRISS. You have wowed us with your ability to facilitate event storming and story mapping sessions with multiple teams. You engaged people to ensure they don’t just talk big ideas, but are also able to implement them. You provided structure to FRISS, and people know that you can be trusted to play devil’s advocate to help us make the best decisions. You have perfected the Agile professionalization roadmap for FRISS.

You and your FRISS Team

We offer the opportunity to work in an exciting and international environment, with lots of room for initiative and personal development. Like the rest of us at FRISS, you want to put your best foot forward and deliver and push us to achieve high standards in our work – because our customers expect nothing less.
