Bigo Live Account Manager

Bigo Live is a Singapore based ​live streaming​ platform where creators can share live moments with followers. The live streaming software allows creators to develop their brand and showcase their talents by uploading content that engages their audience. Additionally, users can watch live shows and even create chat rooms with friends. They are also free to watch exclusive live events and global events hosted by brands and celebrities.

 

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for working with the agencies that manage the broadcasters. The agencies we work with are influencer agencies and AM’s are usually responsible for approximately 40 partners. The Account Manager partners with the agencies to help the broadcasters succeed on our platform.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate, influence, and drive growth and performance with agency leader partners and principals who manage broadcasters from third party agencies;
  • Third-party performance management and multi-unit management;
  • Create, promote, execute, and wrap-up online events and initiatives designed for the recruitment and development of new and established broadcasters and agencies;
  • Establish an understanding of our users - leverage communication to improve user experience and increase user growth;
  • Translate content trends and market analysis into actionable recommendations;
  • Identify operational inefficiencies to influence and create standardized processes;
  • Work cross-collaboratively to ensure monthly targets are met;
  •  Manage internal stakeholder relations;
  •  Analyze business data to provide weekly insights to management, leveraging
  • these insights to drive the business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
  • 1-2 years IT, Internet, technology industry experience (live broadcast or gaming industry preferred);
  • Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions;
  • Understanding of the trends in popular culture and passion for live-streaming;
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process standardization;
  • Clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize information to highlight key insights;
  • Effective in team cross-collaboration
